Build
We started this company because we love to build, and because we believe quality building improves our lives, and this planet. This inspired us to create our own company 15 years ago, and it is still what drives us today.
With over 45 employees, we have a talented team of designers, tradesmen, project managers, and office staff, combined with a network of tested subcontractors, that give us the depth and experience to handle a wide range of projects. We do new homes, coffee shops, restaurants, whole house remodels, ADUs, kitchen remodels, and solar installations.
One of the characteristics that set us apart from other general contractors is we do many of the trades in-house. We have a design team, framing crews, an electrical crew, siding installer, window and door installer, plumber, tile setter, painters, solar installer, and finish carpenters, that do the majority of the work on many of our projects. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality, and control our schedules.
The building phase can be overwhelming for some clients since it is new for most people, and involves a lot of decision making, time, and money. But building does not need to be difficult and stressful, and many clients even say it is fun! We are here to work with you, and help you through the process. Some folks prefer to let us handle most decisions with our designers and project managers from start to finish, while others prefer to be much more involved. We are flexible and encourage each client to engage in the process as much or as little as they would like.
